Our Service Navigator connects patients with local services such as GPs, exercise physiologists, mental health professionals, specialists, pharmacies, aged care and disability providers, social and community networks and services.

Telehealth Doctor

General Practitioner (GP)

Telehealth GPs provide general consultations, care plans, scripts, mental health plans, and chronic disease support.

Rehab Doctor / Corporate Health

Rehabilitation Physician

Rehab Physicians diagnose, assess and manage individuals with a disability to illness or injury.

Common medical conditions treated by Rehabilitation Physicians include spinal cord injury, brain injury, muscolosketal injury, stroke, pain and spasticity from muscle, ligament or nerve damage. Rehab physicians are trained in medication management, electrodiagnosis and targeted injections.

Mental Health

Mental Health Specialists

Mental Health Specialists such as Psychologists and Psychiatrists assess, diagnose and provide support to patients seeking to improve their mental quality of life. They work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and maintain patient confidentiality.

Diabetes Educators provide education and support to people living with diabetes (and their families) to help them effectively manage their condition and prevent complications.

Neurologist, Cardiologist, ENT, Gastroenterology, Allergy & Immunity

When it is appropriate you can attend your appointment with your specialist at Tamworth Regional Specialists via Telehealth. This will apply to certain appointments and specialists.

Aboriginal Health

Armajun Aboriginal Health Service

The Glen Innes Health Hub and Armajun Aboriginal Health Service will work together to provide culturally safe health and exercise services to the Aboriginal people of the region.

Child & Adolescent

Child & Adolescent Disability Support

Wholistic paediatric disability case management, support coordination, intensive navigation support in addition to Psychology for parents and carers.
